Form 7.1 contains a set of documents dissolving an LLC and winding up its business. This is a multi-stage process, and documents relating to each state are included. Included are statement of intent to dissolve, a plan of dissolution and winding up, notices to both known and unknown creditors, articles of dissolution, and an assignment of the LLC's remaining assets to its members. Only part of these documents will be required in some states, and in some instances documents can be combined.
